Services & Products Return Policy 

- Any service or product purchased through or at the INSPIRED Health and Chiropractic Studio must be redeemed within three (3) months of the purchase date. Money will not be refunded if patients or clients fail to redeem products or services within the required time.

- Memberships are only available to patients who have been receiving services at INSPIRED Health and Chiropractic Studio for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.  

- INSPIRED Wellness Program visits must be scheduled within six (6) months of purchase date. All program purchases are final. If the client or patient desists from receiving these services, these visits can be redeemed by another family member. 


- The cancellation of services and/or money refund requests will only be taken into consideration if the patient or client dies, is moving out of the country, or suffers a severe illness that impedes the continuation of any treatment at INSPIRED Health and Chiropractic Studio. In any of these cases, the patient/ client or a family member should provide reasonable evidence of the situation.

  • Upon your request for an appointment we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a service and a credit card number will be required. Cancellation of an appointment must be received by phone 24 hours prior to your visit.

The purchase of any service or product through our website implies a doctor-patient relationship. 

 

Payment Options

The INSPIRED Health and Chiropractic Studio does not accept any health insurance coverage. Each patient/ client must be informed about the policies, processes, requirements, and disclosures of their existing health insurance in regard to requesting and receiving a payback for any Functional Medicine or Chiropractic Care service offered by Dr. Alexandra Pedroza. To the best of our capacities, and by request, we will provide each patient / client the forms and evidence required by the insurance company.  The services and products offered through our webpage and the INSPIRED Health and Chiropractic Studio can be purchased using major credit cards, visa/debits, or cash.

When using our services, we require you provide us with ‘personal information’ including, but not limited to email address, name, phone number, as well as residential & mailing addresses. The security of your ‘personal information’ is important to us.  We strive to implement and maintain reasonable & acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. 

The primary use of your ‘personal information’ is to keep record of the service / product requested or purchased and to communicate with you about appointments and treatments. We may also use this ‘personal information’ to share newsletters and other marketing or promotional materials that may be of interest to you. At any time, you may opt out of receiving our newsletters and promotions. This can be done by clicking the unsubscribe link & instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us directly.
